1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using workspace.sap-enterprise.com ("the Workspace") provided by SAP Enterprise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Workspace.

2. Description of Service

The Workspace is a centralized platform for employee management, communication, and internal enterprise resource planning. Access is strictly limited to authorized employees, contractors, or approved partners of SAP Enterprise.

3. User Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access the Workspace.
  • You must not disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • All activities performed under your account are your responsibility.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Workspace only for lawful purposes directly related to your employment or engagement with SAP Enterprise. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Accessing or attempting to access data that you are not authorized to view.
  • Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive tools.
  • Using the Workspace to harass, abuse, or harm other employees or individuals.
  • Sharing sensitive, confidential, or proprietary company information outside of the authorized channels.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Workspace immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination of your employment or engagement with SAP Enterprise, your access will be automatically revoked.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
